About This Coaching
CoCreate SC provides mental performance coaching designed to help athletes build confidence, manage pressure, and strengthen their mindset.
This coaching is intended for educational and developmental purposes only and focuses on personal growth and athletic performance through conversation, guided reflection, and mental skills training.
Important Disclaimers
CoCreate SC does not provide therapy, counseling, medical advice, or mental health treatment.
This coaching is not a substitute for professional psychological or medical care.
Participation is voluntary, and results depend on your engagement and effort.
CoCreate SC and Chris Wehan are not liable for injuries, decisions, or outcomes related to sports participation, personal choices, or external circumstances.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or need medical or psychological support, please contact a licensed provider or appropriate emergency service.
Confidentiality
All coaching conversations are kept private and confidential between the athlete and Chris Wehan.
The only exceptions to confidentiality are:
If there is a serious concern about harm to yourself or others (including risk of suicide, threats of violence, or other serious safety concerns).
If disclosure is required by law.
In such cases, CoCreate SC may contact a parent, guardian, or appropriate authorities to ensure safety.

Nature of Services
CoCreate SC provides mental performance coaching designed to help athletes improve mindset, confidence, focus, and personal growth. These services are intended for educational and developmental purposes only.
CoCreate SC does not provide therapy, counseling, medical advice, or mental health treatment. Coaching is not a substitute for licensed medical or mental health care.
If you require mental health or medical support, please contact a licensed provider or appropriate emergency service.
Confidentiality
CoCreate SC respects your privacy. Coaching sessions are confidential, and no information will be shared without your permission, except in the following cases:
If there is a concern about your safety or the safety of others, including risk of suicide, harm to others, or other serious safety concerns.
If disclosure is required by law.
In such cases, CoCreate SC may contact a parent, guardian, or appropriate authorities to ensure safety.
Participation and Responsibilities
By engaging in coaching services:
You acknowledge that participation is voluntary.
You agree that results depend on your effort, engagement, and personal circumstances.
You understand that no specific results are guaranteed.
Parents or guardians of minor athletes agree to support the coaching process and ensure open communication.
Fees and Payment
All fees for coaching sessions or packages are due as agreed upon at the time of booking.
Payments are non-refundable except in cases where CoCreate SC is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services.
Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice where possible.
Limitation of Liability
By using CoCreate SC services, you agree that:
CoCreate SC and Chris Wehan are not responsible for injuries, decisions, or outcomes related to sports participation, personal choices, or other external circumstances.
You release CoCreate SC and Chris Wehan from liability for damages related to your use of coaching services, except where prohibited by law.
Intellectual Property
All materials provided during coaching, including worksheets, guides, or strategies, remain the intellectual property of CoCreate SC. They may not be copied, distributed, or shared without written permission.
Changes to Terms
CoCreate SC reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this website and will take effect upon posting.
